Mwakamo kudhibiti rushwa katika viwanda

Mgombea Ubunge Jimbo la Kibaha Vijijini Mkoa wa Pwani Michael Mwakamo, amesema akichaguliwa nafasi hiyo atapambana na rushwa ya ajira katika Makampuni jimboni humo.

Alisema kuwa yeye ameajiliwa naa Halmashauri hiyo kwa nafasi ya Ofisa Muajiliwa, hivyo anatambua vilivyo sheria na taratubu za ajira, na kwamba kuna mbinu chafu zinazotumiwa na maofisa Waajili ambao wanatumia rushwa katika nafasi zao.

Alisema kuwa kinachofanywa na Waajili hao ni kutumia njia ya rushwa kuwapatia ajira wananchi, kinachangia kwa kiasi kikubwa kuwepo kwa malalamiko ya wananchi wakidai kutoajiliwa katika viwanda na Makampuni yaliyopo jimboni humo.

“Ndugu zangu mimi nipo pale hqlnashauri nafasi yangu ya Uajili, hivyo natambua vilivyo sheria na taratibu za uajili, nichagueni nikasimamie suala hilo na maambo mengine ya kimaendeleo katika nyanja mbalimbali, sintowaangusha kwa bahati nzuri hapa Vikuge Kata ya Soga mimi ai mgeni kwenu,” alisema Mwakamo.

Awali mgombea Udiwani katani hapo Shomari Minshehe alisema kuwa kilio cha wananchi katika kupata ajira katila makampuni na viwanda vilivyopo Soga anavitanbua, vinatokana na kutopatiwa kipaumbele cha ajira kama anavyoagiza Mgombea urais Dkt. John Magufuli.

“Rais wetu Dkt. John Magufuli ambae ndio mgombea urais anasisitiza kwamba katika maeneo ambayo yana miradi (Wawekezaji) wananchi wa maeneo husika wapewe kipaumbele kulingana na elimu yao, lakini hapa Soga hilo linapuuzwa, nikichaguliwa nitalivalia njuga,” alisema Minshehe.

Aidha aliwataka vijana kujitokeza katika mikutano ili waibue miradi sanjali na kuelezea changamoto zinazowakabili ili viongozi wao waweze kuzifanyiakazi hatimae kuondokana na adha husika.

Mwenyekiti wa chama hicho wilayani hapa Lufovicky Remy amewataka wananchi kuwachagua wagombea wanaotokea chama hicho, kwa kumpatia kura za kishindo Dkt. John Magufuli, Mwakamo na Minshehe ili kwa umoja wao waendelee kuipatia maendeleo Kibaha Vijijini.
