Saboti Member of Parliament Caleb Amis Luyai has promised to cover the production costs of any Kenyan who will compose a good song on Coronavirus.

“From music to art, from songs to poems and from literature to drama, we must come out with power, enthusiasm and talents well equipped with the hope of terminating this scourge from our midst,” he added.

Following the outbreak, President Uhuru Kenyatta, Deputy President William Ruto, ODM Leader Raila Odinga among other government officials have urged citizens to take adequate measures in ensure they halt further spread of the Covid-19 virus.
However, Parliament caused a stir when it adjourned its sittings to a later date.
