Gauteng:

Temperature: Cloudy and cool.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Moderate.

Mpumalanga:

Temperature: Cloudy and cool but cold along the escarpment where drizzle and fog patches are expected.

Limpopo:

Temperature: Drizzle and fog patches along the escarpment, otherwise cloudy and cold to cool.

North-West Province:

Temperature: Cloudy in the east, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers in the west.

Free State:

Temperature: Cloudy with morning fog patches in the east where it will be cool, otherwise partly cloudy with isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers in the north.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index:

Northern Cape:

Temperature: Cool in the south, otherwise fine and warm to hot. It will become partly cloudy in the northeast with isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to strong southerly to south easterly.

Western Cape:

Temperature: Fine and cool to warm.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south easterly north of Cape Agulhas otherwise light to moderate north easterly to easterly.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: High.

Eastern Cape:

The Western halfTemperature: Fine and cool to warm.

The Western Half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be Light northerly, becoming southerly midday, but moderate easterly east of Cape St Francis.

The Eastern halfTemperature: Fine and cool but partly cloudy in the east at first.

The Eastern halfWind: The wind along the coast will be Light north westerly, becoming moderate easterly from late morning, but moderate to fresh north easterly in the afternoon.

Kwazulu-Natal:

Temperature: Morning fog patches over the western and north-western interior, otherwise partly cloudy and cool but cloudy in the north.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be Moderate southerly to south-westerly, becoming easterly to north-easterly from the south in the afternoon.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Low.
