Caroline Weir has four goals in five Champions League appearances for Real this term, and Wednesday will see her return to England for the first time since her summer move from Manchester City.

After a surprise defeat on the opening day of the WSL season, Chelsea have found their feet this term, winning nine on the bounce. They have impressed in Europe, turning in a huge team performance to overcome PSG, before producing a devastating display in their 8-0 win against Vllaznia.

Real got the better of Manchester City to qualify for the Champions League group stages, and drew with PSG last time out to leave the group fascinatingly poised. However, they were comfortably beaten by rivals Barcelona in Liga F a fortnight ago. Chelsea should have enough about them to claim all three points, but they won’t have an easy time of it on Wednesday evening.
