Juventus vs Arsenal – UWCL: TV channel, live stream, team news & prediction

Arsenal will be reunited with former boss Joe Montemurro on Thursday evening as they travel to Turin to face Juventus in the Champions League.

Montemurro spent four years in north London and led the Gunners to their most recent WSL title in 2019.

Arsenal and Juventus currently occupy the top two spots in Group C after both registered unbeaten starts to their group stage campaigns – who will come out on top on Thursday?

Cecilia Salvai remains a long term absentee for Juventus, as she continues her recovery from an ACL injury sustained in December.

Arsenal were dealt a huge blow on Tuesday with the announcement that Beth Mead is set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines after tearing her ACL. She is one of a number of key injury absentees for Arsenal, alongside Kim Little, Leah Williamson and Rafaelle.

Juventus have proved a hard nut to crack thus far in the Champions League, taking four points from a possible six after holding European champions Lyon to a draw.

Arsenal suffered their first loss of the season last time out with their dramatic last gasp defeat to Manchester United. With injuries mounting up for the Gunners, getting the better of Juventus could be a big ask. A draw would still leave Jonas Eidevall’s side in prime position to qualify for the quarter finals as group winners.

Prediction: Juventus 1-1 Arsenal
